Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., excluding Florida, who are 18+ at the time of entry.
• Employees of Steadfast Records and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Giveaway Period

• Starts: March 6, 2025, 12:00 AM ET
• Ends: April 24, 2025 11:59 PM ET

3. How to Enter

Two methods to enter (one entry per person, total):

1. Preorder Entry:

• Preorder Toilet Rats: Synth Redux Vol. 1 (LP, CD, or Cassette) from Steadfast Records.
• Each preorder automatically grants 1 entry. Duplicate preorders will not grant additional entries.

1. Free Email Entry:

• Send an email to info@steadfastrecords.net with the subject line “Toilet Rats Giveaway Entry” and include:
• Your full name
• Mailing address
• Phone number

Only one email entry per person.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive:
• ZVEX Fuzz Factory Guitar Pedal (Approximate Retail Value: $199).
• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted for cash.

5. Winner Selection

• Winner will be chosen via random drawing from all eligible entries on or about April 25, 2025.
• Winner will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of selection.
• Winner must respond within 48 hours or forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

6. General Terms

• Sponsor: Steadfast Records, 22350 Brookpark Rd Unit 26016, Cleveland OH 44126-3701.
• Entries that are incomplete, automated, or violate these rules will be disqualified.
• Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or prize malfunctions.
• By entering, participants agree to these rules and consent to the use of their name/likeness for promotional purposes.

7. Privacy

• Information collected will only be used to administer the giveaway and notify the winner. See our full privacy policy.

8. Winner List

• For the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Steadfast Records, 22350 Brookpark Rd Unit 26016, Cleveland OH 44126-3701 within 30 days of the drawing date.

9. Taxes

• Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize.

10. Governing Law

• This giveaway is governed by the laws of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
